The Founder

Georgi built arapia to solve a real problem: the modern job search is broken. Too much time goes into tailoring documents by hand, preparing for interviews without guidance and missing the hidden job market entirely. arapia combines AI agents built on LangGraph, Google Gemini and a heatmap that predicts where a recruiter's eye lands first.
