7. Credits, costs and refunds

arapia works with credits. Every action that costs credits shows its price first and needs your confirmation before any credits are deducted; there is no 'don't ask again' option. Examples of current prices: CV generation 0.5, cover letter generation 0.5, company research 1.0, profile translation 0.5 per language, theme unlock 0.5 (your first unlock is free), and in Reach 0.3 to find a contact's name, 0.3 to find their email address and 0.4 to write the email. Interview prices depend on the mode: Practice (multiple choice) costs 0.5; Guided costs 0.5 plus 0.1 per question; Realistic costs 0.5 plus 0.2 per question. These prices are the same for every account, whatever its tier. The full, current price list is always on the Credits page.

You are only charged for results you receive. CV and cover-letter generation charge AFTER a successful result — a failed or empty generation is never charged. Deep research deducts at the start and auto-refunds if the background run fails. An interview you abandon without answering any question is fully refunded. Refunds are balance-only: they restore your credit balance but do not count toward tier accumulation. You can verify every deduction and refund in Settings → Credits, which logs the timestamp and action type for each. Credits are not redeemable for cash and do not expire while your account is active.

Credits are purchased as one-time Stripe packs — there is no subscription and nothing recurring. The packs are: One (1 credit), Starter (10), Growth (20), Pro (50), and Enterprise (200), priced in EUR and DKK. New accounts start with 5 free credits. Prices for individual actions can change as we add new actions or rebalance existing ones; any change applies only to actions you take AFTER the price changes, and the confirmation dialog always reflects the current price. We will not retroactively bill for past actions.

8. Fair Use Limits

Each account has limits on a few collections, enforced on our servers and growing with your tier (the free limits, then ×2, ×3 and ×4 as your tier rises). The free limits are 25 saved companies, 10 generated documents, 3 outreach drafts per company and 50 saved jobs. Imported jobs have a separate limit of 10 per day. Reaching a limit never deletes existing data; you just can't add new items until you remove some or reach a higher tier.

When you reach a limit, you can't add more items, and the app explains why. Some screens also warn you earlier, at 60% and 90% of the limit. If you need higher limits, buy credits to reach a higher tier or contact support. We do not raise limits for individual accounts on our own initiative.

9. Account deletion and your data rights

You can permanently delete your arapia account and all associated data at any time, in-app under Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@arapia.pro from your registered address. Deletion cascades across all linked data and is documented in detail in the Privacy Policy (section 'Data Deletion'), which also explains the one carve-out: anonymised AI usage-log rows are retained for billing reconciliation with your user identifier removed, so they can no longer be traced back to you. Any active credit balance is forfeited on deletion — credits are not refundable and not redeemable for cash. Deletion is your right under GDPR Article 17.
